In this write-up i will show you how to mount your CB antenna with the rock-it tail light mount.

First we will start with the supplies you need:

1. Rock-It tail light mount

2. Antenna and cable

3. Basic tools, sockets/screw driver/etc

4. Drill with 1/4" drill bit

1. Ok lets get started. The first thing you will want to do is get all of your parts together.

2. Next you will want to screw together the piece that the antenna threads into.

3. Then you will want to remove the drivers side tail light. Remove the 4 screws around the cover. Then after you remove the cover there are 3 bolts inside that you have to remove.

4. Next place the template on the body and line the holes up. Be careful on this step i did not have the template lined up perfect and the bracket would not line up correctly and i had to make the holes larger.

5. Next make sure your marks are perfect then drill out the 2 upper holes with a 1/4" drill bit. This is kind of what it will look like when your done. Since i messed up i had to widen the holes so that the bracket would fit.

6. Next you have a few choices. You can put the bracket flat on the body like i did or use the rubber bushings that came with the kit. The other choice you have is to run your CB cable through the hole where the tail light wires run or run it up threw the soft top like i did.

To fasten the studs on the mount you have to remove the plastic under the fenders like shown in this picture. The studs are way up at the top.

7. Last put everything back together and your done. You do not want to bunch the CB cable up in your jeep. Make a loop and zip tie the extra.
