This is a pretty solid lift that will require a bunch of extra things you may not have thought about. If you don't have a Rubicon version of the Jeep Wrangler you will need to add a slip yoke eliminator kit to fix driveshaft vibrations. You will also need adjustable upper control arms. Some may decide to get a long arm kit at this point to give it a better ride quality on the road. You will also want an adjustable trackbar for the front and rear or if you are going cheap you will need to drill new locations to mount the stock trackbar
At this point you will likely be putting on much larger tires than stock. This will likely require you to regear the front and rear differentials.
