ODB Letter

I just got a TSB letter in the mail today about the ODB light in my Jeep Wrangler.

I got a TSB in the mail and followed the instructions to see if I had any issues. The ODB light on my dash flashes after 15 seconds so it looks like I will be needing to act on the factory TSB. I can either fix the problem my self by using the instructions here: http://www.obdclearinghouse.com/documents/newdocuments/tsb/jeep/25-001-07.pdf or I can take it in to a shop and have them fix it for me for free.
